Service Description

Boxing clinic focuses on defense and fighting styles. At the end of the clinic, students will feel more confident with their defense and have a better understanding of their own style of fighting whether it is pressure or movement. There will be sparing drills as well as light free sparring. Thus, this course is suitable for students with minimum of 4 months experience.
